Pros

- great projects to work on - fair pay (negotiate up front) - hard working team environment - if you put in the work upper management takes notes - most senior leaders had an open door - operations (field ops) dept has an outstanding team - good office location - loads of opportunities at the FSC

Cons

- lack of structured mentoring and career pathing - culture is sometimes “old school” - old systems

Pros

- Decent Entry level pay - Good Benefits - Good experience for recent college grads

Cons

- Long hours - Rude Customers - "Higher-Ups" micro-manage too much and don't know what they're doing half of the time - Little to no training, but they expect you to know everything efficiently and quickly.

Pros

Gives you something to do until you find something else better.

Cons

Absolutely, poor pay, so poor that many of the employees can't afford to enjoy all the benefits offered. Some can only paid for medical to take home a decent check. Benefits are expenses and not worth the cost; more out of your pocket. Leadership concern with figures, metrics, and making money no investment in employees. CANNOT TRUST ANYONE. HR is non existence after you are hired you realize they work for the company's interest and absolutely no interest in the employees. Phony and fake disposition does promote open door policy or freedom to approach HR. Supervision and leadership is just as worst. Few months ago the company put out a survey they no doubt wasted thousands of dollars; one of the question asked on the survey if our supervisory or leadership left the company would we follow them (the employee) and leave with them and go to there new job to work with them? HELL No! Sadly, only half of the employees took the survey. Plus, the full disclosure of the results of the survey was not fully revealed. What was shared was made to appear as if it was positive feedback and yet many of the employees felt the true scope of the survey was not revealed. Nevertheless, the cons are many not to mention very high stress environment due to lack of personnel because of high turnover. Senior management no interest in many of there employees, you can't respect leaders who look you in the face and see you they quickly turn their heads to avoid speaking to you or acknowledging you. They lie to employees when it is convenient to them and they are such simple minded fools to really think one doesn't see through the lies. Nice looking cafe but food is too expense to eat. I can go on and on about the horrible cons, but I will just reiterate it again run far away don't give a thought to working for this company has a long way to go to improve. Also, if they post a rebuttal and apology about how sad they feel about my experience as an employee, don't fall for that marketing tactic. They can care less and are absolutely apathetic.
