-if you question anything, they'll treat you like you're a problem -profit driven, does not care about employees -stressful environment -minimal career growth opportunities -Low pay Transparent about not believing in remote work....except for a few mysterious roles and random individuals....

The construction industry is stable.

Cons

Upper management is unresponsive, and will throw you under the bus in an instant to save themselves. They ask what you can do for them, instead of what they can do for you. Very Micromanaged. Little to no recognition for hard work. Very low salary compared to elsewhere in the industry. Horrendous sales comp plan. Huge lack of diversity within the company. No innovation.

Good pay, great PTO, great people at director level diwn

Cons

VP’s in Corp office are unprofessional with zero consequences, in fact cover ups are frequent. Don’t look to HR for support, they are part of the problem. If you prove to be better than your boss it’s like you will be eliminated. (I left on my own) Sadly this was once a great company that valued employees. Ironically, now that employee development is part of the strategy, the culture is worse. People are treated like pawns in a game to raise share holder value. Sacrificing pawns is no big deal. CEO is the biggest culprit and may look as gentle as a grand father but acts more like The Godfather.
