      Only pros were having a company take home truck, fuel card and fun co workers.

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, local and upper.

      Benefits are good, pay is decent, paid weekly,

      Cons

      work-life balance, often assigned jobs outside of your role, poor communication from upper management, opportunities are built for young adults coming out of college, and not a lot of growth if you are not willing to move.
