      Honestly, there aren’t any. Very disorganized and the culture is volatile.

      Cons

      Pay is low and the “commission”‘plan is a joke.

      - Good starting pay for entry level position - Black and Gold sales training program is beneficial - certified on heavy equipment

      Cons

      - Culture is not great - Branch managers are tough to get along with - promises of promotion are not kept after your first year
