      Herc is a company that truly cares about their employees. These last 2 months have been the best working months of my 30 years working career.

      Great Place to Work - Family Culture

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, and genuinely cares about each other. We live our values of doing what's right, we're in this together (you're never alone), we take responsibility(for your mistakes as well as triumphs), we prove ourselves everyday and with all of that.. we will achieve results. We work hard, but we also enjoy Volunteering with each other as well as getting together after work.

      Cons

      They are scaling back on WFH/remote work. We are mostly in office with one day WFH. I would have liked to see half and half as the hybrid of choice.
