Management is so incompetent it is INSANE. Those who slack off get to coast, if you show the smallest inkling of competence and talent, they'll suck you dry. When I worked there, I think I actually became a WORSE reporter because I was so overworked I just couldn't even care anymore. You're better off anywhere else. Management's culture is TOXIC and they blame it on the people in the newsroom. They WILL NOT ever reflect or hold themselves accountable.
