      Pros

      Amazing team. Hermès is a family company and it is translated well in the working relationships with one another. Have excellent company benefits - and amazing training.

      Cons

      Biases if you’re new to the company as they tend to be far more loyal to people who have been in the company long. (Everyone has pretty much been there for 10 years) This can be damaging when managers have biases as it doesn’t give new employees a chance if they have been wronged ect. Also do not have much progression in roles.

      Amazing benefit and strong work culture focusing on craftsmanship and know-how.

      Cons

      Management differs by store. Some are amazing, some are horrible. For mine, the store manager did not allow much room for holiday and really focus on sales number, resulted in exhaustive working environment. Also if you're looking to grow within the company, this place might not be for you.
