Pros

Car privileges are a nice perk but not worth the price you pay in working in such a hostile work environment.

Cons

Leadership Team is inexperienced, most prior leaders and senior managers were released to bring in a new team of friends resulting in total disorganization, failing customer service, significant decline in employee satisfaction and retention which is obviously reflected in the stock price.

Pros

Nothing. A terrible company to work for.

Cons

Poor upper management. Not in touch with the real world. They are spreadsheet warriors . Don’t care about their employees.

Pros

Oh you thought your college degree and extra curricular activity/leadership experience meant something? Think again.. And again. and again. Then clean a car in 90 degree weather and almost pass out because your "manager" wants to hide the bottled water in his office closet. (That's the best pro I can muster.)

Cons

I used to think that one day, I would be contributing to the betterment of society; that, in turn, society would invest in me toward an equilibrium of increasing profit and retirement. No, this is not true of Hertz. Hertz hurts (pun intended) every ounce of your being from the figurative to the marrow. Then they will have the nerve to say" I love you. Keep selling." Hertz will leave you searching for eyes because no one knows it's your first day. Hertz will literally have you walking a mile because they can't coordinate a ride to deliver a car. Hertz will bring to the inner wellings of the worst parts of you. You will then have to decide whether you can put the needs of customers before the inevitable neglect of your own. Oh yeah. If you bring more revenue to your branch than any other employee for two months", look forward to a free lunch and a $2 bonus check. $2.41 verified.
