As a branch manager you get a company car and gas

Cons

Work/Life balance is AWFUL! It isn't work the pay for everything you have to do. They will talk way better about it and make it out to be way better. Honestly not worth the time or effort.

Pros

No personal vehicle expenses. Having experienced working there I would never recommend for a family member to work there.

Cons

Extremely long and stressful workdays No job security Cars are not available 90% of the time, leading to customer complaints and even more stress on front line employees Very low pay for all customer facing employees. Managers are also totally underpaid especially when taking in consideration the hours they work. Understaffed offices where a few employees do everything: providing customer service, managing fleet, cleaning cars, picking up and dropping off customers, delivering cars, cleaning bathrooms and office, making calls etc. Highly sales driven leading to not having customers best interest in mind!
