Pros

Ability to work independently. Ability to make money depending on how well you relate to people and how persuasive you are to sell there products.

Cons

Horrible upper management skills that do not focus on employee development and health related safety. Under-staffing and overworked environment that presents little to no compensation for the amount of effort you put into the job. Shabby Human Resources department that is quick to dismiss claims related to employee rights. New managerial decisions is focusing more on making the company wealthier rather then making their employees happier or provided resources much needed to succeed in this career choice.

Pros

Cool co workers. Good discount on rentals. Weekly paychecks. Get to drive different cars.

Cons

Soo many issues with this company. Long hours. Understaffed offices. Not enough cars. Poor management. They want you to go above and beyond for the company and the customer, but won't give you the tools necessary to do so. The pay is not worth the cost of the job.
