multi- tasking required, very diversified workforce, ability to learn about operations, customer service and also business to business sales and business planning, also managing fleet, revenue and employees. Good experience overall.

Cons

Long working hours, some communication issues especially at operations level. good work environment overall

Pros

company car and fuel everything else sucks.

Cons

everything. HR only looks out for the company. Fear Based employment. Company creates a write up file on everyone and then only fire the ones they don't like. Working in chicago gets you promoted. If you don't work in chicago then you suck. bonus checks are on regular checks so you only end up with half. numbers are fixed. no explanations on operating statements
