A lot of advantages such as competitive salary, 13 months pay per year, nice benefits like medical insurance, food checks for the grocery store, five weeks of paid vacation per year, flexible schedule, opportunities for career growth...

Cons

Depending on the location, working at certain airport require to perform late night shift, if you work for the low-cost subsidiary Firefly, at certain locations they don't have a preparation team, therefore, the customer representative must clean and prepare the vehicles.
