Pros

great atmosphere, access to new cars and great commission package. People are great but it is a target driven job. you will need to meet revenue targets.

Cons

poor fleet management. No cars to cover bookings. Its hard when you let down customer due to poor fleet management. management tend to focus on revenue management which adds pressure

Pros

Company car may be a pro if you like to drive Chevrolet or Chrysler

Cons

Frequent over booked. Impossible demands on operations due too limited car wash facilities, This makes it a very un pleasant place to work if you an Operation Manager or a Location Manager at an airport. Customers can be very rude with staff. Business is ran by American car manufacturer mentality out of the 1990s reflected by outdated software and and poor NPS scores.
