Pros

Lots of paid time off, decent benefits, work from home, allow independent work, results based. Hunting for accounts as well as Account Management.

Cons

Lack of training. Not enough sales call coaching. Pricing standards waiver from period to period. Company seems torn between gross revenue and profitability based on balance sheets.

Pros

Enjoyed getting a car to drive for 15 plus years. If you worked in a good city and depending what type of station manager you are the bonus's were to bad. Thing are changing all the time. This job will be what you want to put into it.

Cons

Long hours for managers. You can be stuck at the airport long after the airports normal hours. If you have flights coming in two or three hours after close, you will need to stay. This is job and jobs need to worked at, this is what you agreed to get paid for the work.
