Pros

It never gets boring because there are so many variables and constant action in the workplace. The variety of jobs and tasks makes every day a unique experience that allows a person to really grow and stretch their potential. There are great benefits and perks (car, insurance, gas) and the company rewards performance.

Cons

No real cons- sometimes there can be long days/hours- but you get out what you put in, the reward for the long hours can be amazing. Occasional experiences with tough customers, however the experience from handling the situation is an amazing learning experience that can change your life view.
