Pros

- Good company to gain a tremendous amount of learning - Be around cars and learn about all the new car features and models

Cons

- Allowing people with large amounts of knowledge to leave the company - Uncertainty of being laid off when cost savings need to be achieved for the relative short-term.

Pros

With a college degree and little professional experience I was one of 4 people in charge of running an off-airport location. You get exposure to a variety of skills, primarily customer service and sales skills. Future employers will look favorably on your ability to work hard and long hours for low pay.

Cons

Slim chances for promotions and no emphasis on career development. Because the offices are run very independently and you work in a small team, a bad branch manager can ruin your experience.
