Pros

About the only good thing I can remember is that I got to drive a bunch of new cars.

Cons

Terrible place to work. I was supposed to be a manager trainee and it seems like all I did was wash cars in the back. In the middle of winter with a pressure washer. I would ask my branch manager about some training and he would just grumble. The pay was awful. If you were 2 minutes late you got put on warning. Punched in at 6am left and 6pm. Did get some overtime.

Pros

Good first job. The customer service and sales experience. The quarterly bonus potential is motivating. Paid Holidays and personal days.

Cons

Pay is lower than others in the industry. The poorly conceived Commission based sales structure and the potential of being teminated for not reaching sales quotas does not promote growth. It forces agents to do frauduelent sales to meet basic goals in slow sales months.
