      Just a job, not a career

      -Base pay and pay for performance -Adequate amount of training -A good place to learn basic sales skills -Free uniforms

      Cons

      -Customers have little patience and respect for employees -Hours were long and seemed to drag on -Little respect from management

      Pros

      The job is straight forward and overall a good job with limited opportunity for advancement. The Management are competent and have are working towards a concerted goal.

      Cons

      The sink or swim attitude and a lack of training. Managers are sent out to perform a job, but not given much in the nature of the tools to succeed. I believe there is a gap between how mid-level managers are training their replacements and what is being reported to upper management.

      Pros

      Good benifits package and paid time off. There is the potential to make a lot of money through bonuses. Company car, gas, and insurance. You can change careers within the company and/or move anywhere in world with the company.

      Cons

      Exhaustive hours 60+, constant turn over, very little training or development. Constant pressure to perform and meet goals that can be nearly impossible. Management seems to not be intune with employee moral and feels we can do more with less.
