Overworked and Underpaid

Your coworkers are awesome, you support each other..

A typical work day consist of opening and closing, extremely rude customers, management rewarding agent abuse, cleaning cars in 100 plus degrees, getting yelled at or threatened because we have no cars, nasty and filthy returns, insurance reps, body shop reps, and other vendors cursing and fussing. Just be prepared to be a detailer, customer service rep, therapist, receptionist, for crumbs.. While ur area manager sends group emails making sure he belittles everyone but the ones that get the most sales.. Do not work here, unless u have no other choice.
