      People you work with can be cool.

      Cons

      Honestly, none. Long hours, low pay, unrealistic expectations from management. I can't remember the number of times I was screamed at for something out of my control. You will work 10+ hour days and your bosses will act like you should be grateful to them for the opportunity. Incredibly high turnover, I was under at least five different branch managers and four different area managers. If you are truly desperate for a job it might be worth it but you're better off finding something else.

      You will meet good people who are for the most part the same age as you. Get to take a car home every night And never pay for Gas when you become a Branch Manager Benefits ( Health) Customers are great Closed all major Holidays

      Offices are tremendously under- staffed Managers are clueless and unrealistic No security at office Vehicles are In really poor condition Culture discriminates against Blacks and Women Training is limited even though resources are available Managers will try to bully you, if you resist the bullying, you will be fired Phones will ring all day long you will have to answer phones while cleaning cars while helping customers while answering Emails Timely while filing reports - often you will be the only one in the office-BRUTAL! Work 6 days a week You will get paid more as an Assistant Branch Manager than a Branch Manager

      Training program prepares you to run your own branch in as little as 18 months. Branch Managers are provided a company vehicle, with no fuel or insurance cost to them.

      Cons

      Locations are for the most under staffed, so you will be multi-tasking all day long, customer reservations, walk in customers, phones inquires, inspecting vehicle returns, processing insurance claim rentals, washing & vacuuming vehicles, and the best part of your day, IRATE CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY !!!!!
