Pros

The people are very friendly and teamwork is definitely at the forefront of everything they do. The take home cars for managers is a nice.

Cons

There is a constant pressure for managers to dedicate every minute of their life to the company. A 60 hour work week is seems like the minimum. The car perk does not make up for the small wages and hours they require you to work. Decisions always come from the top down and seem knee jerk in nature. The company only seems to care about what the current situation is and never how it effects them in the long run.

Pros

Lots of hours and opportunities to make overtime, to really get fully immersed in a business, commission checks. Benefits and paid time off are a huge plus. Company car when you achieve Branch Manager status. Starting pay of $10/hr plus commission from day 1.

Cons

Hours can be grueling if you aren't used to 50+ hours. Once you promote to Assistant Branch Manager you lose your commission and max pay for monthly branch bonus is about $300. Years past ABMs would get a branch bonus and commission with no limit. Feels like mistake agreeing to promotion.

Pros

Take home car and not having to pay gas or auto insurance.

Cons

Long hours, short staffed 99% of the time, no work/ life balance, days with no lunch breaks or even time to think. And upper management has a callous attitude towards the locations "needs and wants" as to grow the business or have our customers satisfied. No room for advancement to upper level management. The bonus plans keep changing on you without notice. Unrealistic goals and expectations, from upper management who are "OBLIVIOUS" as to even how to hit any of the target goals set on the "business plan". Lack of communication and transparency at all levels top to bottom. You will receive constant threats from upper management who love to make an example out of you in front of others. Not to mention lots of angry and upset customers due to lack of fleet V.S true Demand. Area Managers act as if that is an issues they can't control and will not go out of their way to help allocate you more fleet to meet the customers needs. So end result is you having a bad survey then being held responsible for it, even though its out of you're "control", due to lack of help and fleet.
