Pros

Before you get to Assistant Manager position you can make a lot of money on sales bonuses if commit to their shady sales tactics.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals unless buy into shady sales tactics Bonus structure changes after reaching Assistant Manager position Work you to death: long hours, always under staffed. Always running out of cars. Corp. always favors airport over off airport locations.

Pros

As a field manager, you are provided with a company car. With your company car, you also get gas at your home location or any other you visit. Should you fly somewhere, the car is free there as well.

Cons

The company is bare bones on IT, is very low pay with an incentive program that gets worse as time goes on, and does knee jerk reactions on everything. If the stock price drops 2 bucks, it is common for them to do hiring freezes. They also manipulate accounting expense by ordering cars not to be repaired until the following quarter. The management above the location but not in corporate is nothing but a conference call joke job that contributes nothing. You will also be doing things some would consider illegal regarding sales practices.

Pros

There system is pretty easy to learn. The managers that I have worked with have been very personable and great to work with. The health and vacation benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Where do I start.... First off, the training for this company is horrendous! The first week I I was actually stuck working a whole office by myself, when I had no idea what I was really doing. I tried reaching both the assistant branch manager and branch manager by phone but neither answered, so I did what any other person would do, WING IT. I ended up putting out multiple rentals without even knowing they were done correctly. Second, scheduling specifically for my branch isn't given out until the day before the week starts, so it makes it difficult for planning things without requesting off, which seems to be a problem. Third, the company seems to be having financial difficulties, the cars have been forced to stay out longer and corporate just finished doing multiple lay-offs. This place is a good place to come to if desperate for money, but try to find something else while working here.
