you get a pay check every week.

Cons

the pay rate is below all the other competitors. the yearly pay increase (IF YOU EVEN GET ONE) SUCKS ! The bonus for hourly workers SUCKS ! Hourly workers don't get stock options Hourly workers are CONSTANTLY PRESSED TO PRODUCE MORE & MORE OR GET FIRED ! The new thing they came up with is to hire people as cheap as possible & not give any benefits I could go on & on but it will get worse & worse !
