      Pros

      One of the best software development firms. The projects are amazing, the people are friendly, lots of perks.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, this really needs to improve. Other software development firms, specially in colombia are paying double and offer more perks .

      Pros

      The career plan, excellent clients, health insurance, training programs aid, quarterly salary bonuses, annual salary review and excellent promotion possibilities.

      Cons

      Perhaps the company should make itself known a little more in the market and show its benefits of working in Hexacta in front of its competitors (Globant, Endava, Perficient, Huge, etc.), however, I don't see more cons point for this excellent company.

      There are multiple clients and a lot of different projects to select. It is a human value philosophy company. It offers a well-defined career path and it is a place to grow in many aspects

      Cons

      the salaries that they offer are not properly defined based on the market. they don't pretend to be a salary competitor.
