      Pros

      You get a lot of freedom to schedule your work as you see fit. The working environment is good, you get most of what you need. The evaluation process is fair, if you put on the work, you will get rewarded. They try as best as they can for you to be happy.

      Cons

      The wages might be on the lower side of the market.

      I really love this company humane approach. The projects are very interesting, they are very organized and they treat you like fellow human being. The partners are awesome. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Salaries are no that good compared to other companies. You can be in bench a couple of months before working for a client.
