      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities to keep improving existing skills and also to develop new ones. Both professional and personal ones. - The organizational pyramid at Hexacta is flat, which means everyone's opinion is taken on account and very preciated. Partners work side by side with employees, and there are no personal offices. - English classes and an extra week of holidays are only 2 of the many benefits the company offers. - The neighbourhood, far away from the city centre, is very quiet too. - Push for internal processes adherence and agile methodologies.

      Cons

      - Coffee could be better. - AC is not homogeneous.

      Pros

      I have been working in Hexacta for some years, and it is a great company to work at. It offers personal and professional growth thanks to the diversity of projects, technologies and internal programs that support them. It has also 2 annual salary revisions and has a free week between Christmas and New Year's Eve. And the people that work here are great.

      No cons that I can think of right now.

      Pros

      I have not been here long but Hexacta offers great benefits. Cool workmates, very talented people. The working culture and environment are REALLY good here. Corporate culture is positive, energetic, supportive.

      Haven't come across any. That's a great thing.
