A great work environment. All the people look to keep a collaborative and funny climate. Salaries are ok. Not the best, not the worst. Every project is an opportunity to work with and learn new technologies, business and processes. Hexacta always tries to keep at the top of the innovation technologies. The flex time policy allows me to keep a good balance between work and my personal life. Additionally, the location of the offices is really great. Near to Palermo park it's near to everything and sufficiently far away to avoid the chaos of the downtown. Finally, its social responsibility is a pride for all who are part of the company.

It's a company that gives you the space to be as committed as you want in order to grow, being able to participate in many areas. They have a policy to review salaries every six months, and in my 5 years here, they keep the frequency of reviews like clockwork, you get a raise in July and one in January. They give you a performance bonus of at least one full month's salary per year. The office in Buenos Aires has a great location, away from downtown but still in the city (Palermo). They offer real growth opportunities, you can really make a career here. Also, a bunch of other benefits like the extra vacation week, discounts in gyms, lots of great discounts in places to have lunch.
