      -Hybrid salary, almost half in US Dollars -Salary revision -Good environment most of the time

      Cons

      -There is no really a fast growth, that's why they add extra steps between seniorities to create the false sensation of improvement -It's really uncommon that you can switch between projects as they say.

      Cons

      Few projects with world-class companies. The staffing leaves much to be desired, mainly when the staff stays on the bench, reaching the point of making dismissals without cause due to the incompetence of the people in charge of looking for a project.

      * Full remote. * 48% gross salary is paid in usd taking official price.

      Cons

      * As all these companies, it really depends on the project you end up assigned to. I really don't like mine, could ask for a change but don't want to be the problematic guy.
