      Cursos de ingles. Diez dias feriados al año Diez dias de vacaciones al año.

      Muy pocos, de verdad que es una empresa excelente. Lo unico es que si eres contractor es decir si recibes el sueldo en dolares, ellos solo te pagaran utilizando payoneer, que en terminos generales no es mala, pero se demoran mucho en pagar, siempre decian el ultimo dia habil del mes o los primeros tres dias habiles del mes siguiente, casi siempre recibia el sueldo el tercer dia habil del mes siguiente. Entonces hay que administrarse bien.

      I couldn’t be more grateful. I was assigned into a project where the team was very comprehensive and patient (I was JR). They taught me many things that I know today. I will always have good memories from hexacta and might go back there some day.

      Cons

      Working with the team from India was hard. I’m a woman and they are very sexist and care about hierarchy. If you’re not a manager, they don’t reply. I had to text them in channels where the whole team would read it cause otherwise I wouldn’t have any answers. But this was not really something from Hexacta, but the client who hired them. Hexacta team was the best
