      Carrera plan is Ok You will work in a very pleasant and calm environment.

      Cons

      Mobile development in the company and its projection are small because it is a company focused mainly on the web, so as a mobile developer you will have few projects that will provide you with new teachings and modern challenges

      Pros

      In general you will work with nice and easy going people. The career plan is ok.

      Cons

      They don't offer contractor positions. As long as you grow in the company you will have to do a lot of extra work like: Participate in and internal hexacta project, take interviews, do mentorship, create goals for teammates, etc. They are trying to take people into the office to force you make friends there.
