A place that I would choose to work again
Pros
A great work environment. All the people look to keep a collaborative and funny climate. Salaries are ok. Not the best, not the worst. Every project is an opportunity to work with and learn new technologies, business and processes. Hexacta always tries to keep at the top of the innovation technologies. The flex time policy allows me to keep a good balance between work and my personal life. Additionally, the location of the offices is really great. Near to Palermo park it's near to everything and sufficiently far away to avoid the chaos of the downtown. Finally, its social responsibility is a pride for all who are part of the company.
Cons
The staff is increasing a lot is the last time. That's good but it also causes several infraestructure issues like space problems or poor Internet conectivity. There is no enough benefits for non-young people like high thirties or fourties. For example discount on kindergardens, day-off for children birthday.
