Pros
Rekaxed work environment. Small office feels like working with close friends. Job isn't too demanding, mining and software knowledge helps a lot allowing you to get better understanding of the software.
Cons
Not too much room for growth and personal development. Learning curve is a but hard if you have no mining experience.
