      It's been 3 months since I lost my job due to a situation at Hexaware. I joined as an immediate joiner for the BBH project, but the project was lost shortly after. I was then placed on the bench for around 2 months and eventually laid off. At the time, there were already discussions about new joiners being removed. Out of roughly 15 people who joined, at least 5 were let go. I didn't think it would happen to me, but it did. If you're considering joining, make sure you understand the project situation and bench policy before making a decision.
