will get to work with some of the smartest people and cutting edge technologies. R&T continues to push the development envelope

Cons

1. zero investment in employees 2. no management interest in developing careers / promoting existing employees 3. recruits externally for all senior positions 4. poor work life balance as culture is extremely lean 5. salaries / benefits consistently below market

Cons

Very little promotion from within the company. They generally fill all upper level salaried positions by hiring from the outside.
