Pros

Good learning platform for new comer in early days. Mostly things are defined and difficult to change mindset if people.

Cons

Centrally controlled. Most of the roles are like carry forward agent job, where you don't need to apply brain. Politics is very high in staff and upper level.

Pros

Local factory for myself to travel to. Good bunch of guys to work along side. Clean environment to work in. Depending on what department you work in that is..

Cons

Just don't get paid enough for what we do. Massive difference in pay to employees on factory floor to management working in office. Obviously you can expect the management to be paid more. But it's s huge gap between us & them. Minimum wage 7.20 an hour! What a joke
