Pros

After 2 years working here I can't list a single good thing about it.

Cons

They don't pay profit sharing as promised during orientation. They deny earned PTO more often than they approve it. They force some employees to work 10 hour days, 7 days a week for 4-5 months straight and dont allow the employees to trade shifts. Current management has no organizational skills when it comes to making/following production schedule and ordering raw components. Team leaders fail to provide PPE then write up employees for not having it. And they force people to work during their scheduled breaks.

Pros

They had great benefits and provided excellent pay.

Cons

They knew when they were hiring me that I was just recovering from COVID--I interviewed with them WHILE I WAS STILL SICK--and on my first day of work, I was still having trouble with energy levels and dozed off a few times, so they fired me because I wasn't fully recovered yet.
