Pros

The work load is very well-balanced, so I never feel overwhelmed but I also don't feel like I'm procrastinating. Colleagues and the rest of the people I had contact with so far are approachable and friendly. There are plenty of vacation days, so it's easier to achieve work-life balance.

Cons

As in any bigger company, it is sometimes harder to get your PR merged and deployed since you need to sync with other people in your team, or with other teams.

Pros

Friendly co-workers, always willing to assist. Professional developers you can learn from. Managers that allow you to fulfill yourself, supporting you to try new things work on stuff that interest you not directly related to your work

Cons

the compensation package they give is not the most competitive in the market, but also its not bad
