Pros

The people at bob are what keep me doing what I do everyday. The benefits are great, and I have plenty of PTO for the year! When you need a break or time to pause, managemt is always supportive and encourages us to take care of ourselves first.

Cons

I wish more teams would share their knowledge with each other. We all have so many tools that we don't know about sometimes, and it would be helpful to be presented with these earlier on instead of finding out about them later. I realize this is hard being a global company, but not impossible. Culture and morale have been a bit low lately with the economic impact, and hoping this gets better with time!

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to create an environment where Bobbers can experience a progressive and varied career. As part of our commitment career growth, we have created a specific position -- Associate Account Executive -- a dedicated role for our internal BDR team members to be promoted into. Since the creation of this new role, we’ve promoted 2 BDRs to Associate Account Executive positions, and we have had one Junior BDR to Senior BDR promotion – all in January 2023. We are in the process of overhauling our progression progress and will be rolling out a clear plan by the end of Q1, so every BDR is fully aware of the expectations of what's required to be promoted. Whilst we acknowledge that career growth paths can always be improved and feedback is welcome, we are concerned that you didn’t feel like this was an option for you. We encourage you to speak to your manager or your people partner to discuss your concerns further so we can better understand of how to support.

Hibob has a great culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity. The employees are the center of the company and there is a lot that is done in order to have a great experience on the job. The product is amazing and there are a lot of places to lead new projects and improve them all the time.
