      • After 2 years at HiBob, I can confidently say it’s an amazing place to work. • The company truly embraces innovation - developers are encouraged to use AI tools, GPTs, and agents to boost productivity and creativity. HiBob even provides all the licenses and resources we need, which demonstrates a genuine investment in our growth. • The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely supportive. People here are approachable, motivated, and open to sharing knowledge. • Great opportunities to learn and grow, even as a relatively new engineer. The environment fosters ownership and experimentation, which makes the work engaging. • Work-life balance is respected, and management is transparent with communication.

      Pros

      The work load is very well-balanced, so I never feel overwhelmed but I also don't feel like I'm procrastinating. Colleagues and the rest of the people I had contact with so far are approachable and friendly. There are plenty of vacation days, so it's easier to achieve work-life balance.

      Cons

      As in any bigger company, it is sometimes harder to get your PR merged and deployed since you need to sync with other people in your team, or with other teams.
