-Genuinely, lives & breathes its values and has a great culture and ethos. - Very flexible, with managers' approach being supportive and understanding of flexi needs. - Proactively using AI & other tools to become as efficient as possible - Lots to be involved outside of your day to day role, with supporting departmental initiatives, ways to develop & progress, and tons of fun stuff!

Cons

- More mature benefits aren't available or aren' aligned for size or turnover. - There are a lot of us, so trying to make sure we don't duplicate work and are aligned on each project is essential.
