      Pros

      HiBob is a great place to work. Felxlibe working pattern as an offilcial way of work. GReat team mate also across departments and immense growth.

      Cons

      Since the company in a major growth things are still being defined and change constantly so it need getting adjusted to.

      Not a Very Pleasant Experience

      Company is struggling in the US Limited resources to support sales None of the AEs or BDRs were even close to quota No real fit for the product in an already crowded market no differentiating features of the product
