Pros

One of the first Saas start ups I have worked where 'No' hasn't been the default answer to everything. It's fast paced and there are so many opportunities for wins. Hibob is really only getting started. It's a good product, that has a place more than ever in the current world, and good people. Honestly the people here are good. It's collaborative, there isn't much ego, and everyone just wants to make a difference. There is a mission and a goal and most people feel part of that.

Cons

Of course. It's a start up. Not all processes are built out yet. There's improvements to be made across the board. But it's building on a strong foundation, and everyone is willing and open to it.

I see regular positive feedback about teamwork and collaboration and it makes me proud. The only way we can achieve our goals is if we do it together. It sounds cliche but its important to live by this philosophy every day. I know we have some maturing to do - we are a young company. Thanks for being part of helping us build the right foundation. Every employee has an impact there.

Pros

Professional and friendly people who are supportive of one another day today. Very exciting product and missions. Huge potential in the US market and worldwide. Startup company so there are lots of challenges and opportunities to ownership responsibilities.

Cons

A lot expected of each person, everyone needs to pull a lot of weight to move at the speed we want to go at. A lot of promise means a lot of expectation!
