Amazing people Great culture Inspiring leadership, especially CEO & CCO Transparency and openness from leadership. We really feel like a village Great work-life balance Lots of flexibility and trust Really wonderful place of work in so many aspects!

Cons

The company should focus more on talent retention across all departments. Great people who are highly talented and very connected to the company are leaving, and in some cases, this could be prevented with better investment in their development.
