HiBob is in full-blown scale & grow phase. The product is amazing, and the product team collaborates extremely well with the rest of the organization. Leadership is next-level dedicated and extremely humble and supportive. I'm so glad I made the decision to join.

Cons

Typical fast-growing start-up pains. Need for more processes & standardization. Always more work than time to do it. But resources are provided and boundaries are expected.

In my opinion, the grass is greener on the Bob side. Best decision I ever made. My team/coworkers are outstanding. Culture is top notch, leadership is outstanding! The tool is very user friendly.

Cons

Not many cons, would like to see a consistency of paid days off per location/sites.
