Pros

As a HR company, Hibob really takes care of its employees, first and foremost. The people are amazing, and I think it's reflected downward from the senior management. Modest, down-to-earth, hard-working people. The product is great and engaging, and is fun to work on. The company goals, revenue stats etc are shared with employees transparently. The employee's personal development is something that's very important to the company, and intra-transfers are quite common, so that everyone can find their right place.

Cons

Like any company that grow to be almost-corporate, sometimes things are moving not entirely at the pace that I'd like and processes may be a bit sluggish, but there's constant work to improve every pain point.
