Fast growing startup with a great product, with amazing culture and a humane approach to people management. At Hibob, people work together to achieve their goals. Employees are considered first and recognized for their value and individual contribution and not just as a collective work force or revenue line. This approach reflects also in the people working at Hibob, there is a common feeling everybody is working together collectively towards the same goal.

Cons

Mostly growing pains, some processes are not fully established yet and resources are sometimes limited de to the fast growing pace in which the company is growing
