      Pros

      - The company has great future goals and they have a realistic path to get there. - The US team is starting to scale up to something special. - The remote culture is great and you feel part of a team. - All leaders are genuine people, no political BS - Feedback is everywhere and everyone wants to get better - Product is amazing, it’s better than any HRIS out there - They are selective in the interview process, which means you are only surrounded by top performers - They treat as an adult and do not micromanage

      Cons

      - No cons, unless you are looking for a hybrid work environment outside of New York in the US. They currently only have one office in the US., but they do a great job at making you feel at home if you are fully remote. Lots of employees have been fully remote in the company, so they know how to make you feel engaged.

      Great company culture Lot's of knowledgable people to learn from A lot of training so if continuous learning and growing is for you then this is your place! Great team Great management Hybrid work model Lots of collaboration

      Cons

      Fast paced but with that comes a lot of career and growth of opportunities 401K no match!!!!!!!!!!! Don't get election day off????????
