Pros

fun culture, smart people, and a great tech stack. A lot of learning and development opportunities and great transparency from upper management. Middle management very dedicated to coaching

Cons

it's a start-up so there are a lot of changes happening, all the time. Sometimes hard to keep track of the updates. Communication between departments can be better.

Pros

HiBob is in full-blown scale & grow phase. The product is amazing, and the product team collaborates extremely well with the rest of the organization. Leadership is next-level dedicated and extremely humble and supportive. I'm so glad I made the decision to join.

Cons

Typical fast-growing start-up pains. Need for more processes & standardization. Always more work than time to do it. But resources are provided and boundaries are expected.
