Hibob is a great company to work for. You will work with a very talented and friendly team of people in a fast paced environment. The great culture is the key and is taken into consideration at all times. The management is approachable and transparent.

Cons

The need for robust learning and development training for the entire employee lifecycle A lot of work and long hours (be sure you won’t be bored)

I am so happy to hear the positive feedback on culture, transparency and approachability. These are core values for all Hibob and while I am not surprised, I still value the validation from the outside that we are living up to our word. Yes, we are moving at a very fast pace and that can sometimes mean that we can get ahead of ourselves and find gaps in core areas, like employee training and development. We’re committed to getting some programs off the ground here this year so please know that your comment is noted - and valid - and we are working on it.

Pros

Hibob offers the best things about working in a start-up: it's fast paced, there's always a great challenge to get stuck into, and there's opportunity to get involved in anything and everything, you just have to look! The people are hard-working, supportive and smart - which makes it not just a stimulating working environment but also a great place to make some really amazing friends and working connections.

Cons

There are growing pains which many businesses have as they scale up - still a lot of undefined processes, need for better HR strategy and engagement...but the good things is, Hibob does recognise these gaps and is working to invest and improve in filling them. The workload can sometimes be heavy, but Hibob are growing headcount to help reduce this.

Startup life isn’t for everyone, but it can be incredibly rewarding in terms of development, professional experience, exposure, impact - I am pleased to know you are enjoying it and taking advantage of the unique opportunities to get involved. I know the work-life balance is a challenge for us all, especially during this period of remote work.
