      Pros

      First of all, the human factor is great, high quality people, lots to learn, you really feel that everyone cares. Also, there is room to contribute your opinions and it seems that everyone is open to hearing.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, as with every company that is rapidly growing, some processes are messy and there isn’t a lot of consistency. But it’s normal for this type of growing organization.
